This notice explains what FORMWERK collects through this pre-launch website and how we use it.
What we collect
Waitlist: your email address and, optionally, your first name. We also record the date you consented and the campaign link (UTM parameters) you arrived from. Please don't send us health or medical information through this website.
How we use it
To send you occasional updates about our San Francisco launch and fitting events, as you requested, and to understand demand as we plan our first fittings. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use hosting, form and email providers to run this site. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or ask us to access or delete your information by emailing hello@formwerk.fit.
